Chair Julie Menin asks DOT if the agency is open to legislative amendments that would allow for a year-round roadway dining program to reduce storage burdens on restaurants.

I think this should be a year-round program.

Is DOT open to uh an amendment where it would be a year-round program so that we're not putting again the burden on restaurants to buy all this equipment, store the equipment, then reassemble the equipment.
