Good morning, and welcome to today's New York City Council hearing from the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure joint with the Committee on Consumer and Worker Protections.

At this point, going forward, I'd like to remind everyone to please silence their electronic devices.

And at no point going forward, is anyone to approach the Dais unless invited to testify?

If you'd like to sign up to testify, and you have not, please fill out a witness testimony slip at the table in the back of the room with the Sergeant Arms.
