Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the second FY27 Executive Budget Hearing for the day, focusing on Department of Consumer Worker Protection.

Councilmember Lee, I'm joined by our speaker, Speaker Menon, as well as our Councilmember Harvey Epstein, Chair of the Committee on Consumer and Worker Protection.
