Is DOT looking to use technology, training, or deployment any differently defined efficiencies in its operations?

Absolutely, and this is an important priority for me, honestly.

I mean, I think it's something that we do as a standard practice, but I really want to take a holistic look across the board at how we can improve our operations and efficiency, technology being one critical piece of that.

And we're going to have folks really whose role is specifically focused on efficiency and organizational excellence.
