Lee asks how capitalization changes the procurement process. Ryan confirms the process remains unchanged, just requiring certificate to proceed with OMB, and they've already commenced the process for next year.

And then how does that change the procurement process, if at all, with the $82.6 million now for the purchase of the vehicles?

The procurement process will remain unchanged.

We just obviously have to go through the certificate to proceed process with OMB.

We've already commenced that process for next year so we can get the orders in as quickly as possible to continue to replenish the fleet.

And I'll say when I speak to our officers about things that management can improve for them, the fleet.
