Yeah, so there is a full process for individuals once they receive their notice of property value to contest any market value to assess value.

So all property owners receive a notice of property value in January of each year.
That is at the same time we issue the tent of the roll and property owners can use that information to either come to us for
what we call clerical errors, or can appeal to the tax commission if they disagree with their valuation.
