Good morning and welcome to today's New York City Council hearing from the Committee on Veteran Affairs.

At this time, I'd like to remind everyone to please silence their electronic devices and at no point is anyone to approach the dais.

If you would like to sign up for public testimony and have not done so already, feel free to sign a slip located outside in the hallway with the sergeant arms.
