Council staff reminds attendees to silence electronic devices, not approach the dais, and sign up for public testimony with the Sergeant-at-Arms.

Council Staff

Good morning and welcome to today's New York City Council hearing from the Committee on Veteran Affairs.

Council Staff

At this time, I'd like to remind everyone to please silence their electronic devices and at no point is anyone to approach the dais.

Council Staff

If you would like to sign up for public testimony and have not done so already, feel free to sign a slip located outside in the hallway with the sergeant arms.

Council Staff

Chair, we're ready to begin.
