Stevens questions performance metrics and provider review frequency
Stevens asks what performance metrics are used and how often providers are reviewed. Harris says scored evaluations occur at least three times per year, with additional coaching and support as needed. Asherall adds strategic and corrective action plans are used for underperforming sites.
How do you, what performance metric are you using now to measure the providers?
How often are providers reviewed for contract compliance and program quality?
So at a minimum, three times a year, scored evaluation.
Summer, we look at the fall, the spring, and then we do other assessments in between.
If a provider needs additional coaching or support, that's where we step in, but we're measuring their...
Contractual requirements in terms of stats and numbers, but also in terms of just the quality of moving from one place to the other, the number of families they're engaging, that kind of thing.
So they are assessed.
I couldn't give you a stat right now, but...
Right, right.
And I want to add, just to add to that, in addition to those various touch points, there's also frequent kind of like on-site coaching.
We also, depending on what's also what's happening on the ground, right, there's some providers that, you know,
could use some improvement.
And so we may implement a strategic action plan or a corrective action plan.
And then we are really intentional about looking at that plan and following it in a way to see progress.
And so we're really detailed in that way.
And then we also have our capacity building division who has numerous vendors that can do either on-site, one-on-one consultation, either
at the site level or at the agency level.
And that's in addition to like whatever.
workshops are being made available for anyone to attend, any group leader.
To support the nonprofit as a provider.
