I'm not sure exactly what you mean by non-disclosure agreements.

I mean, we have data processing agreements with all vendors that process student data.

If that's what you're referring to, then the answer is yes.

If there's something else.

I mean, I think nondisclosure agreements are pretty standard.

So is it a nondisclosure agreement or not?

Well, it depends what we're talking about when we talk about nondisclosure.

So can you describe what you're describing?

So for a data processing agreement, which we have with all of our third-party vendors, which we have with all of our third-party vendors,

third-party vendors.

the process student data, there's non-disclosure aspects to that agreement.

They have to agree to keep our data, our information confidential.

So that is, in some ways, it is a non-disclosure agreement.

We do not have any non-disclosure agreements with vendors that would prevent us from

disclosing the existence of a contract with that vendor, for example, if that's what you were referring to.

Okay, or like what you're procuring the technology for.

Correct, yeah, we would not have NDAs for something like that.
