Dinowitz introduces Zhuang's bills on education access studies
Dinowitz introduces Intro 684 requiring a study on language access and geography affecting gifted and talented program access, and Intro 853 on language access, income, and geography affecting special education access, both sponsored by Councilmember Zhuang.

Additionally today, the committee will also consider the following legislation.
Two bills sponsored by Councilmember Susan Zhuang.
These include Introduction 684 in relation to requiring a study on how language access needs and geographic location affect access to early elementary gifted and talented programs.
And Introduction 853 in relation to requiring a study on how language access needs, income, and geographic location affect access to special education programs and services.
