Riley calls for remarks and vote on all items
Riley invites colleague remarks, sees none, and calls for a coupled vote approving with modifications LUs 72-74 (11th Avenue), LUs 75-77 (West 54th Street), LUs 67-69 and 71 (Monitor Point), and a motion to file LU-70.
I would now like to recognize any of my colleagues who would like to give remarks.
Seeing none, I now call for a vote with the support of the local members to approve with modifications LUs 72, 73, and 74 for the Dwight Clinton Park North 11th Avenue development,
LU 75, 76, and 77 for the Dwight Clinton Park North.
West 54th Street Development and LU 67, 68, 69, and 71 for the monitor point proposal and a motion to file LU 70.
which was originally a part of the minor point proposal, was no longer needed as a result of the council's modifications.
