Whether we are discussing lighting beneath elevated train lines, public notice requirements for work on our streets,
or the cleanliness, affordability, or seasonal availability of outdoor dining, the issue at the heart of these bills is how to make our public spaces safer, more accessible, and better maintained for everyone.
