Introduction 929-A, sponsored by Deputy Whip Elsie-Encarnación, would require the police commissioner to publish a transparency report
on the New York Police Department's plan to address and contain the risk of physical obstruction, physical injury, intimidation, and interference at entrances to and exits from certain educational facilities in the city, including through the use of security perimeters.
