Chair Louis asks whether the team considered building to the maximum allowable 14 stories for additional affordable units. And did you consider building up to the maximum allowable height of 14 stories to generate additional affordable units?
So we are maximizing the permitted zoning FAR, which means that we can't go any higher.
But we are also, we were very considerate of the neighboring properties, as well as we went up to the 12 stories
in order to set back from the mosque and have them still be an anchor on the corner of Bedford and Madison.
