Chair Louis opens the hearing on LUs 106–107 regarding 1160 Pugsley Avenue in the Union Port neighborhood of the Bronx, CM Farías's district. The proposal involves a zoning map and MIH text amendment for a mixed-use affordable housing project with approximately 104 apartments and a grocery store through the Fresh Food Store program, up to 31 permanently affordable.

I will now open the first public hearing on LUs 106 and 107 regarding the 1160 Pugsley Avenue, a mixed-use residential rezoning proposal in the Union Port neighborhood of the Bronx and Councilmember Fadies'district.

The proposal involves a zoning map and an MIH zoning tax amendment applicant is seeking to build a mixed-use affordable housing project with approximately 104 apartments and a grocery store through the Fresh Food Store program.
