Orantia presents the site plan showing the building stepping down to five stories adjoining R5 neighbors, an eight-foot side yard, 1,600 square feet of landscaped area, and a green roof. Residential parking for 32 cars is in the cellar with access on Gleason Avenue. Commercial entries face Pugsley Avenue with loading on Powell Avenue. CB9 voted in favor and the Borough President recommended approval.
