Okay.

And then obviously you recommended more time, 120 days, and I guess considered 75 in the past.

I don't even know if you had 75 days.

I don't know how much time you had.

Not much.

And so the question is, were there things you would have liked to consider if you had more time?

We didn't have much.

We were extremely fortunate because within that 75, we did do it within 75 days.

We submitted our report exactly on the 75th.

We were extremely fortunate to have been able to utilize the resources of

City University's Institute for State and Local Governance to do extensive analytic work for us.

And managed to attract a handful of other highly competent people to work on this with very, very thin

staff, basically four people other than the help we got from City University's Institute, the state and local government.

Without the ability to have and the good fortune to have attracted that at the very beginning, we would never have been able to meet our deadline.

And usually, as you all know, it's not easy to, and it's not expeditious usually to get

resources on board through the City of New York engagement process.
