Just 88 years we've been managing, developing, and building affordable housing, starting in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, and now we have a footprint throughout the city.

This is our second ANCP project, and we're working on the third one with Shams and her team.

And we've also developed other homeownership projects under the Open Door program.

So we're very familiar with HPD's homeownership projects, and we're very committed to homeownership opportunities for New Yorkers.
