Good afternoon, I'm Councilmember Linda Lee, Chair of the Finance Committee, and welcome to today's hearing, oversight hearing concerning financial tools for maintaining the affordability of Mitchell-Lama housing.
I'm pleased to be joined, I know the speaker's gonna be joining us soon, and my colleague, Chair of the Committee on Housing and Buildings, Councilmember Pierina Sanchez.
And we've also been joined by Councilmember Narcisse, Councilmember Maloney, Councilmember Aldabal, Councilmember Dinowitz, and I believe Councilmember Joseph is on Zoom.
So welcome also to our partners from the Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Department of Finance.
