Is it the building management, the cooperative boards, the contractors, or the oversight agency themselves?
And more importantly, what concrete accountability measures has the administration implemented to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations and that both taxpayers and the residents are seeing tangible results
for every public dollar invested?
So we have authority to oversee the Mitchell Lama developments, and part of that authority is to review the financials and ensure that the project is being managed appropriately.
