Menin outlines finance items including a transparency resolution approving new designations for expense budget funding and a pre-considered introduction by Council Member Linda Lee decreasing the city personal income tax credit for residents' share of unincorporated business tax paid by partnerships.
We will also be voting on the following finance items, a transparency resolution approving new designations and changes of certain organizations receiving funding in the expense budget.
Pre-considered introductions sponsored by
Councilmember Linda Lee would decrease the credit against the city personal income tax on residents for their share of city unincorporated business tax, also known as a UBT,
paid by partnerships in which such residents are partners or businesses of which they are proprietors.
