So getting into the specific types of concessions, the first is commercial events.
These are done in collaboration with the Street Activity Permit Office, SAPO, who collects a fee.
The city has a fee schedule for the different types of events.
It can happen in these spaces when these commercial entities want to host these different types of sort of marketing opportunities for themselves.
And our plaza partners also get to collect a fee based on a similar type of schedule that DOT develops in coordination with the bid.
These are, you know, sometimes Nike or Netflix or what have you are able to host these usually single day events to promote some sort of a new initiative or marketing opportunity for that particular business.
