This portion of the corridor you'll see is part of the most recent Midtown South rezoning MSMX, which looks to bring more residential in the district.
So again, this type.
of effort is really important as we look to continue to support a thriving, vibrant diversity of commercial, residential uses in this dense part of Manhattan.
The next slide, again, for some context, so much of this work has grown out of the Broadway Vision effort, which really looks to
prioritize pedestrians and cyclists along this corridor, where we have five business improvement districts.
We are aiming to create a comprehensive, kind of coordinated experience along the corridor while still respecting the five different neighborhoods that Broadway intersects through.
