New York City Council · Jul 22, 2026 · starts 0:23:00 · 1 min 7 sec

Marte thanks the panel and excuses them, then asks if any members of the public wish to testify. Council staff indicates Council Member Julie Won is online to testify.

Christopher Marte

Thank you.

Christopher Marte

There not being any in-person council members, I don't think we have any additional questions.

Christopher Marte

So thank you to the panel, and now you are excused.

Christopher Marte

Councilor, are there any members of the public who wish to testify in this area?

Council Staff

Yes, we have Councilmember Wan online.

Christopher Marte

Can you hear us?

Julie Won

Yes.

Julie Won

Sorry, I thought I wasn't able to speak because there's no quorum.

Christopher Marte

You can say a statement.

Christopher Marte

I don't think you can say questions.

Christopher Marte

You have two minutes.

Julie Won

Okay.

Christopher Marte

You go for it.
