So worst offenders, we're using a little generally, but the idling violations will not be part of the amnesty program.
I indicated earlier some judgments that are going through, let's say, criminal action or the sheriffs or marshals will not be eligible.
So there are a number of violations that will not be eligible for the ECB amnesty program.
Are you contemplating additional types of respondents that should not be eligible?
