My name is Richard Lee, and I am the Commissioner of the New York City Department of Finance.
I am joined today by Annette Hill, Deputy Commissioner of Customer Operations.
Thank you for the opportunity to testify today on the proposed ECB Amnesty and Compliance Program Authorization legislation.
The goal of the ECB Amnesty and Compliance Program is to encourage the resolution of ECB violations to increase compliance and collect fines in an area that is difficult for the city to enforce.
