Yeah, I do want to press you a little bit on potential tenants, because I assume you've had discussions with potential supermarkets.

And I have to say that it's in the district's interest to have

you know, retailers, supermarkets that are going to, you know, create good jobs and that any development that occurs in the district create good jobs.

So at some of the other hearings that we've had before the community board and other conversations, though,

Mr.

Malinsky has indicated interest on a wide variety of, over the years, of different supermarkets at all different kind of levels.

But we've heard the council person and her concern with regard to the types of jobs that will be created.

So we will definitely keep that in mind.

Moving forward when we start kind of seeing if there are concrete interests.

But the community was excited to have a potential supermarket at this location, and there definitely is interest on some of the more active supermarkets.
