Permission to explain my vote?
Permission granted.
Thank you, Majority Leader.
Staten Islanders are proud of who we are, where we come from, and the borough we call home.
I'm voting yes today to officially recognize and protect our borough flag as a symbol of that Staten Island pride.
At the heart of Staten Island is a rich mix of communities, cultures, and traditions that continue to shape our shared identity.
And I am proud to stand with my colleague, Councilmember Frank Morano, and Minority Leader Carr to make this recognition permanent and celebrate the borough that we are proud to call home.
And with that, I vote aye on all.
Hudson.
Permission to explain my vote.
Permission, Granson.
I'm an eye on all and just want to be associated with the remarks of Councilmember Brewer regarding Intro 857A, which I'm still an eye on because it's a pilot program, but just want to be associated with her remarks.
Thank you.
Joseph.
