First, we'll be voting on the following land use items.

50-20 108th Street rezoning, which facilitates the development of two new mixed-use buildings in Councilmember Thomas Henry's district.

63-02 Fresh Pond Road rezoning will enable the development of a new seven-story mixed-use building in Councilmember Wong's district.

Queen CD2 Walk to the Park site selection will facilitate the creation of new parkland in the districts of Council Members Krishnan and Wan.

Flatiron Nomad Major Concessions will approve the expansion of the existing Flatiron District concession area boundaries in the districts of Council Members Wilson and Epstein.

And next, we're going to vote on the following finance items, a transparency resolution approving new designations and changes of certain organizations receiving funding in the expense budget.

A pre-considered introduction sponsored by Councilmember Linda Lee would require the Department of Finance Commissioner to establish a temporary program to resolve outstanding ECB judgment.

Resolution 395, sponsored by Councilmember Frank Marano, would call on Albany to sign legislation prohibiting increases in rates of homeowners insurance in excess of 25% per year.

Resolution 389, sponsored by Councilmember Eric Dinowitz, would call on Albany to sign the Automobile Insurance Consumer Information Act.
