Chair Sanchez acknowledges staff and administers oath to administration witnesses
Sanchez thanks her committee and personal staff by name, then committee counsel administers the oath to the administration witnesses preparing to testify.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank my team, of course, our deputy chiefs, Ben Ratner for policy, Kim Castellanos, Maria Jose Mares,
as well as the rest of our team, Gerard Fernandez, Dylan Campos, Soraya Bonilla, Oriana Roa Acevedo, and Marcus Khan.
I'd also like to thank the Housing and Buildings Committee staff who prepared all the materials for today, Senior Legislative Counsel Austin Malone.
