The council and the administration must use every tool in your belt in order to address the housing instability and lack of affordability, including quicker development and preservation strategies, streamlined processes to match people to housing, and rental assistance vouchers to be able to pay their rent.

We want them to really utilize the same urgency as the emergency housing vouchers, trying to front load eligible applicants now in the queue before the application is open in January.
