Good morning and welcome to a meeting of the Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises.
I am Councilmember Farrah Lewis, Chair of the Subcommittee.
This morning, we are joined by Councilmembers Farias and Canacion, Jay Sanchez, Thomas Henry, Minority Leader Carr.
Today, we are voting on three proposals and holding six hearings.
The scheduled vote for LUs 123 and 124 regarding the 158-06 Northern Boulevard rezoning is laid over.
The three proposals that we will vote on are 815 Hutchinson River Parkway, Commercial Rezoning and Councilmember Aldebals District,
862-868 Kent Avenue, Mixed-Use Residential Rezoning and Councilmember Restless District, 132 Melrose Street, Mixed-Use Residential Rezoning and Councilmember Gutierrez's District.
