Chair Louis asks about the green space width behind the one-story home (15 feet, per Demirjolo) and where loading deliveries and trash pickup will be located (residential on 17th Avenue, commercial on 108th Street).

Directly behind the proposed development site is a one-story home.
I wanted to know how wide would the proposed green space be?

For residential, we're planning to be along the 17th Avenue.
