Council Member Feliz thanks Phipps for their work in the Bronx, looks forward to building needed housing and resolving local community issues including youth needs, and defers questions to the chair.

Simcha Felder

Thank you so much, Chair Lewis.

Simcha Felder

I just want to thank you all for the presentation and for all the work that you do in the Central and the South Bronx, building affordable housing.

Simcha Felder

Look forward to working together on this, making sure that this is a project that is able to build the housing that we need in our city, but also help resolve some of the local issues in the community, including the needs, especially that our youth have in the area.

Simcha Felder

I have some questions, but I'll let the chair go first with the questions.

Farah N. Louis

All right.
