Fort Hamilton Mews rezoning hearing opens

I will now open the hearing on pre-considered LUs regarding Fort Hamilton Muse, a residential rezoning proposal in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and Councilmember Santo Soso's district.

The applicant is seeking rezoning to a residential R7X district with a commercial overlay to develop a mixed-use residential building that would have approximately 292 apartments.

Mandatory inclusionary housing would be mapped as part of this application, which would require approximately 88 of the apartments to be permanently affordable.
