Public testimony: Robbie Kapoor raises flooding and traffic concerns
Robbie Kapoor, a physician living on the top floor of 2141 46th Avenue, expresses concern about flooding from excavation, noting his building already floods every rainstorm with elevator damage. He also cites traffic concerns on the narrow street near PS1.
Ravi?

Hi, my name is Robbie Kapoor.
I'm a physician in New York City.
I recently started a young family in the department of 2141 First 46th Avenue.

If you dig into that area, it's going to cause much more flooding in our building.
The flooding in our building is already ridiculous.
We have flooding every time it rains, and the whole floor is so inundated with water that one of the elevators broke in our building.

And we just bought that apartment.
It'd be great to be able to see the skyline.
Thanks so much.
Thank you.
