New York City Council · Sep 10, 2026 · starts 0:34:25 · 16 sec

Virginia Maloney begins discussing a co-naming introduction but is redirected by the Majority Leader, who clarifies that introductions must be discussed during general discussion, not general orders.

Shaun Abreu

Council Member Maloney, followed by Majority Web Hanks.

Virginia Maloney

Shaun Abreu

Council Member, this is general orders.

Shaun Abreu

Shaun Abreu
