Zhuang asks about expanding clinics to all council members
Zhuang notes her office sees 7,000 people annually and urges DOF to offer workshops in all council member offices, and Shear confirms DOF wants to work with every member and sent outreach emails to all elected officials in August.

council members, state assembly members, and state senators, and also to some of their key staff, chief of staffs.
