Q&A

Banks asks if PAC partners must report suspected work order falsification; Beck says no

New York City Council · Sep 22, 2026 · starts 1:31:57 · 52 sec

Banks asks whether PAC partners must report suspected work order falsification to NYCHA or DOI. Heather Beck says PAC partners report monthly on HUD pillar work orders, but NYCHA does not collect or receive reports on falsification.

Chris Banks

Do PAC partners have any obligations to report suspected work order falsification to NYCHA or DOI?

Daniel Greene

I'm going to ask Ms.

Daniel Greene

Beck to answer this question.

Heather Beck

So PAC partners are reporting to us on that monthly basis in those different pillar areas.

Heather Beck

Again, we are tracking work order resolution through that reporting process.

Chris Banks

How many such reports have you received?

Heather Beck

We receive a report from every team every month of the year.

Chris Banks

How many reports have you received?

Heather Beck

So we started collecting reports for the projects that had been closed starting in January of 2021.

Chris Banks

Have you received any reports on 4?

Chris Banks

Falsification?

Heather Beck

No, we don't receive or collect reports on falsification.

Chris Banks

From the RADPAC?

Heather Beck

Correct.

Chris Banks

Got you.
