Council staff administers the affirmation to the administration panelists, who raise their right hands and affirm to tell the truth before the committee.

Gale A. Brewer

And now I'd like to turn the proceedings over to the community council to administer the oath.

Council Staff

Good morning.

Council Staff

We will now hear from the administration.

Council Staff

Before we begin, I will administer the affirmation.

Council Staff

Panelists, will you please raise your right hand?

Council Staff

Do you affirm to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth before this committee and to respond honestly to council member questions?

Council Staff

All right, you may begin when ready.
