New York City Council · Sep 22, 2026 · starts 0:12:42 · 17 sec

Chair Louis asks whether Sophia's Bar ever uses the outdoor tables. Zuluaga says none of their tables are used by Sophia's Bar, which has a separate entrance and is totally separate from the business.

Farah N. Louis

Okay.

Farah N. Louis

Farah N. Louis

Member of the Public - Christian Zuluaga

Member of the Public - Christian Zuluaga
