Cabán thanks parent witnesses and invites further suggestions
Cabán thanks the panel, especially the parents, and asks if they want to expand on how the city can support their families. Kristen Clifford says their kids are lucky to have them, but the city must support kids who do not have supportive parents.
I want to thank you all for your testimony, especially for the parents that we have with us.
You have provided us with
what we've needed to hear, but also suggestions on what could come next.
And so I just want to create another space if there's anything that you want to expand on in terms of how else the city can support you and your families at this time.
And obviously our door is open and we want to be having those conversations.
And also, my God, y'all are incredible parents.
So thank you.

Our kids are lucky because they have us, and there's so many kids that don't have parents like us, and the city needs to support all of those kids.
