Mercedes Narcisse

Brand new legislative analyst, Raina Lee, welcome.

Mercedes Narcisse

For their hard work and

preparing for this hearing.

Mercedes Narcisse

I also like to thank my staff, Frank Shea, Courtney Lee, and of course, Droshina Jallo.

Mercedes Narcisse

I would like to recognize that we have been joined, who else did I miss?

Mercedes Narcisse

We don't miss anybody.

Mercedes Narcisse

You got everybody.

Mercedes Narcisse

So I will now turn it over to Chair Faraz.
