New York City Council · Sep 23, 2026 · starts 0:11:54 · 1 min 17 sec

Restler turns to committee counsel to swear in the administration witnesses. Witnesses affirm to tell the truth, and Restler asks for written copies of testimony before inviting them to begin.

Lincoln Restler

Thank you so much.

Lincoln Restler

Council member, I'll now turn over to committee counsel to swear in the witnesses.

Lincoln Restler

And if there's a copy of testimony, we'd love to get it.

Council Staff

Thank you, Chair.

Council Staff

All members of the administration testifying today, please raise your right hands.

Council Staff

Or giving questions as well.

Council Staff

Do you swear or affirm to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth in your hearing today, and to respond honestly to council member questions?

Lincoln Restler

I do.

Council Staff

Thank you very much.

Council Staff

You may begin when ready.

Council Staff

And if you have written copy of the testimony, please share them with the sergeants so that we can bring them up to the chair.
