I really want to thank Mr.

Lobel and the developer and the entire team for working so closely with the community, with the community board, with the civic associations, and getting all of the input they could from the community and making all the changes

that were suggested.

As you can see, this is a...

forward-thinking project.

It brings in resiliency.

It just brings in affordability, and we're looking forward to this.

And I think that when you look at this building and you see the kind of interaction that this particular group has had with the community and the

kind of consideration that they gave the community, it really should be a best practice for all developers, and they'd get a lot less pushback when it came to development within their communities.
