Chair Riley closes comments and calls vote on all seven land use items
Riley asks colleagues for comments or questions, sees none, and calls a vote to approve Intro 833-A, approve LUs 120, 121/122, disapprove LU 141, and approve with modifications LUs 123/124, 125/126, and 127/128.
I'd like to now recognize any of my colleagues for any comments or questions.
Seeing none, I now call for a vote with the support of local members to approve intro number 833-A sponsored by Council Member Nurse to approve LUs 120, the 815 Hutchinson River Parkway rezoning,
LUs 121 and 122 for the 862 Kent Avenue rezoning.
To disapprove L.U.'s 141, the Sidewall Cafe application.
And to approve with modifications, L.U.'s 123 and 124 for the 158-06 Northern Boulevard rezoning.
L.U.'s 125 and 126 for the 132 Murrells Avenue rezoning.
And LUs 127 and 128 for the 21-3146 Avenue rezoning.
