Gutiérrez makes final call for collaboration and opens public testimony
Gutiérrez thanks the administration and urges collaboration to expand and promote multilingual early childhood programs. She says she wants parents to know the city is investing in these programs and then opens public testimony.
Thank you all so much.
I am done with my questions.
I just want to make a final plug to really let us know how we can help collaborate.
I think it's such a value as I think we've all emphasized here today.
We want to make sure that not only are we kind of emphasizing this day-to-day for the existing programs, but sending a message to parents and all interested parents of NYCPS that this is something that
is in their local school district that we are investing in and that we do want to.
expand again I think it makes it very attractive to parents and obviously our goal is to make sure that parents are sending their kids to our public schools.
So thank you all so much and now I want to open the hearing for public testimony.
