Good afternoon, Chairs Maloney and Thomas Henry, members of the Committee on Economic Development and Small Business, and members of the Council.
Thank you for this opportunity to be here today.
I'm Alex Lazary, and I serve as the CEO of the FIFA World Cup 2026 New York, New Jersey Host Committee, the local organizing committee responsible for coordinating with FIFA,
government agencies, transportation, public safety partners, the private sector, and community organizations to plan and deliver our region's responsibilities as a host of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
