Kreamer says report will break down by borough, survey by zip code
Avilés asks whether the report breaks down by zip code or just borough. Kreamer says by borough, but a small business and community organization survey launching soon will ask for zip code.
Were you able to identify the revenue impacts, particularly in outer borough communities?
So the information that was published earlier today that you may have saw the $2 billion economic impact, that only looks at the fibers more specifically.
There will be a report through Tourism Economics, who's the organization that did the analysis, that will do a further breakdown.
But that information is available at this time.
But we will share that when the time comes.
So in the report, it is broken down.
By zip code or is it just?
Borough.
By borough.
Okay, I would love, the borough is nice, but the zip codes are supremely better and clearer.
And one thing that we are doing as part of that report is we are doing a survey of both small businesses and community-based organizations that will launch within the next week or so.
And that one of the qualifier information at the beginning is asking the business what zip code they're in.
And so we would love to partner with you and other council members, again, that survey out there so that we can get as much response as possible because that information will, of course, help us understand
the impact of this World Cup, but also information we could use to help inform 2028, 2031, if we get the Women's World Cup, et cetera.
