I'm joined today by my colleague, Catherine Prabilski, the Assistant Commissioner of Engineering in the Bureau of Coastal Resilience, as well as Jill Hubecki, Assistant Commissioner of Engineering Services, and Wendy Wan, Borough Commissioner of Central Development Programs from the Department of Buildings.
